Too many young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions. While heart screening can't detect all heart abnormalities, it can help identify a number of conditions so that more lives can be saved.

We offer support to bereaved families whenever we can. One way in which we can do this is by helping you set up a fund in memory of a loved one, to raise money for more heart screenings across Wales. If you have lost a loved one, we hope to bring some comfort to families by helping them to do something that will keep their loved one's memory alive, so that they can leave a lifesaving legacy. We want to work towards a future where nobody loses a family member to a heart condition that could have been treated.

It costs £6,500 to screen 100 people in South Wales. For more information on how we can help you set up a memorial fund, please get in touch with us, and we'll do all we can to support you.
